For the 2024/25 season, we will continue to monitor conditions in host cities and away sectors for the seventh consecutive season and introduce an option for the Women’s Champions League for the first time.
Football fans are often facing significant challenges when travelling to watch their team play in UEFA Club Competitions, from poor in-stadia services and visa requirements to high tickets prices and aggressive policing.
Thanks to the information provided by travelling fans through previous editions of this survey, FSE have been able to address some of the reported issues and promote good practices identified.
Travelling supporters are asked to complete the FSE Away Fans Survey after every European away match and to provide information on relevant topics, including travel arrangements, ticketing, allocation, policing/stewarding, catering etc. It’s vital to FSE’s research and work that we hear of both negative experiences and good practices. By completing the survey, you will allow us to collect first hand, reliable data which will inform our future policy.
All results will be anonymised. FSE will evaluate the information provided at a later stage and publish a report based on the findings in order to offer a clear picture of the situation within the whole UEFA region and to liaise with the football authorities on possible improvements.
