Football Supporters Europe (FSE) and co-hosts the Football Supporters’ Association (the FSA) are pleased to announce that the registration for the European Football Fans Congress 2023 (EFFC2023) in Manchester, England, is now open!
Hosted at the Manchester Metropolitan University in the heart of the city, EFFC 23 will be heading to England for the first time since its inaugural edition in 2008.

The event will begin on Thursday 22rd June with an opening evening (details to be announced), running through to lunchtime on Sunday 25th June.
With an extensive events programme to be announced shortly, members are encouraged to register to attend as soon as possible to assist with planning activities.
Staying in Manchester
Attendees will need to book their own accommodation. Reasonable prices can be found on the usual websites such as booking.com. Should they prefer, FSE and the FSA are working with the local tourism board to provide a platform specifically for EFFC 23 attendees to book accommodation within the city centre close to the venue which Is live now and available here.
Travelling to Manchester & Visas
For those travelling from across Europe, you must have a passport to enter the UK.
Depending on the country you are travelling from, you may need a visa. Check the UK Government’s website to determine whether you need a visa here. If you do need to apply for a visa, you can do so here. FSE strongly encourages those who need a visa to apply ASAP to ensure it is permitted in time to attend EFFC 23. When applying for a visa and in order to get a timely and successful response, we strongly advise you to provide all relevant personal details (full name, address, date of birth), passport credentials, and other details relating to your visit such as confirmed hotel bookings and flights.

Within the event registration form, attendees can indicate whether they intend to take part in FSE’s BGM and the FSA’s AGM. You must be a member of the organisations to take part in their respective general meetings.
