FSE is delighted to confirm that it has launched its new membership management system. The new system is a crucial next step in FSE’s communications strategy, forming an important foundation for greater engagement between FSE and all of our members in future.
Next steps
We have created new profiles for all members. Members should now log in, ensure they have access, and check their details are correct.
This check only takes 2 minutes, but it’s important to do this as soon as possible to ensure your membership is up to date and that FSE can stay in contact with you in the ways you would like.
Can you log in?
- Visit the log in page.
- Log in using this email address on a mobile OR computer. The email address you receive emails about your membership to is the one you have registered to your membership.
Check your memberships
- Under Current Memberships, check all your associated membership types (Individual, Local Group, National Supporters Organisation).
- Email info@fanseurope.org if a membership is missing from your profile.
Areas of Interest
- On the dashboard, select Edit Profile.
- Select Your Details, and then up to 5 Areas of Interest. We will use this feature to contact and connect members on topics of interest in the future.
Group membership details
- Please note: there is no group login for group memberships. Each group’s main delegate is now the Admin Contact for the group, and manages the memberships via their individual account.
- If you are the Admin Contact for a Local Group or National Supporters Organisation, you should see the membership details on your Current Memberships page.
- If you need to update your assigned group delegate, or are not sure who your group delegate is, please contact us at: info@fanseurope.org. This is a key request ahead of future BGMs.
