FSE launched its new membership management system in early 2024. This crucial step in FSE’s communications strategy forms a vital foundation for future member engagement.
Below, we walk you through the steps to gain access to managing your membership in the new system.
Next Steps
1. Log In:
- Visit the login page and follow the instructions.
- The email address you receive membership-related emails to is registered to your membership.
2. Check Your Memberships:
- Under ”Current Memberships”, ensure all your memberships (Individual, Local Group, National Supporters Organisation) are listed and correct.
- Email info@fanseurope.org if a membership is missing.
3. Areas of Interest:
- On the dashboard, select ”Edit Profile”.”
- Update ”Your Details” and select up to 5 Areas of Interest. We will use this to connect members on specific topics.
4. Group Membership Details:
- Note: There is no group login for group memberships. Each group’s main delegate is now the Admin Contact and manages memberships via their individual account. Each group requires a second contact person or substitute and this person will also be linked to the membership as a Linked Member.
- If you are the Admin Contact for a Local Group or National Supporters Organisation, you should see membership details on your “Current Memberships” page.
- If you need to update your assigned group delegate or you are unsure who it is, email: info@fanseuope.org. This is an essential check ahead of any FSE meeting.
