VACANCY: Coordinator for Disability & Inclusion Fan Network (f/m/d)

Football Supporters Europe (FSE) is seeking a Coordinator for its Disability & Inclusion Fan Network (f/m/d). The successful candidate will have relevant experience, including lived experience or professional expertise in disability and inclusion topics, as well as some knowledge of the European supporters movement.

Inclusive fan groups have been part of FSE’s membership since the organisation’s beginnings, so this new role will focus on developing our network in a structured and sustainable way, while supporting the general work on these topics. The position will suit someone who demonstrates strong organisational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to ensure that FSE and its members’ expertise is recognised by key stakeholders.

The role is fully remote and open to anyone in Europe, so we are looking for someone comfortable with working in an online space, using digital tools, and being autonomous while maintaining good, regular communication with colleagues. The successful person will also need to travel regularly, likely at least monthly to begin with, and be capable of acting and/or speaking on FSE’s behalf in relevant comfort.

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on expertise, tenure, and preferred working schedule (full time, 4 days).

The deadline to apply is Close of Business on Friday, January 3rd and further clarifications can be provided by emailing: info@fanseurope.org. Please note the FSE Office closes for two weeks from Friday, December 20th so responses to queries after that date may be delayed.

FSE is an independent, non-profit association of supporters that is recognised as a representative body on fan issues by institutions such as UEFA and the Council of Europe. We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities, to apply. We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible work environment for all employees. In addition, the successful person will ideally work full-time; however, FSE is open to discussing flexible options that may suit the right candidate best.
